Returns

Please note that all returns, whether for unwanted items or damaged/faulty goods, must be authorised by Gekko Body Jewellery before being sent back. Authorisation can be obtained via telephone, email, or post. Any items returned without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Gekko Body Jewellery. We therefore recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service where possible.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in a new, unused, and resalable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the cost of the items. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Our delivery partners will generally make at least two attempts to deliver your parcel before it is returned to us. If your chosen delivery service requires a signature, please ensure that you, or someone authorised on your behalf, is available to accept the delivery. Any additional costs incurred as a result of a failed delivery, return to sender, or re-delivery request will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- In the unlikely event that an item supplied by Gekko Body Jewellery is found to be faulty, you may return it to us for inspection and, where appropriate, a replacement or refund.
- If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the item to us. For customers within the UK, returns should be sent via an economy tracked service. We are unable to reimburse additional costs associated with premium courier services, express delivery options, or guaranteed next-day services.
- For international customers, returns should be sent using your country's national postal service. While we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method for your protection, we cannot reimburse additional charges incurred through private courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other expedited delivery providers.
- Before returning an item, please ensure that you have carefully followed any product instructions provided with the item or available on our website. If a returned product is found not to be faulty upon inspection, it will be returned to you and any associated shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Please note that all returns remain subject to our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product from the Gekko Body Jewellery range, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in a new, unused, and resalable condition.
- All exchanges must be pre-approved before returning the item, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
- When returning your item, please clearly specify the product(s) you would like to receive in exchange. Any difference in price between the original and replacement items will be charged or refunded as appropriate. In addition, the cost of shipping the replacement items will be payable before they are dispatched.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.
- Please note that our Returns Policy also applies to all exchange requests.
