A high quality nose stud piercing with a single clear CZ gem top. These nose piercings are made from implant grade sold titanium which is a great option for new piercings or if you find your skin reacts to surgical steel.
The name nose screw is simply from the shape of the bar which sits against the internal side of the nose keeping the piercing securely in place. The gem is held in position by the small metal prongs so next to no chance of the gem coming loose!
