A stunning little internally thread gem flower top cartilage or labret piercing. The flower has 5 separate small set gems with a larger gem in the centre. The flat base makes these piercings suitable for a variety of ear and lip piercings.
The 316L surgical steel bar is internally thread meaning the top flower has a small pin which screws into the hollow bar - this makes it that bit easier when inserting.
